Glad to know that at least we are meeting again on 24th July and hoping to get some concrete progress report. This time I want to see the actual progress by visiting the site first and then continue with meeting. 

This time we would like to have Mr. Rajesh Goel to address all our queries. 
Please note we are not meeting up anyone except Mr. Rajesh Goel. We want him in the next meeting.  

Since it's required to give our prior consent for attending this forthcoming meet, I hereby giving my conditional acceptance to be there.

Reasonable Conditions:

1. Mr Rajesh Goel (MD-RG group) must be available there for us to interact.

2. Mr Deepak Gupta's presence is not of any use for us, if ONLY he will be there to address the meet from RG side, then please let us know beforehand so that we save our valuable time by not attending such senseless meet.

3. We have already witnessed the hospitality of RG Group so please avoid the lunch dinner agenda from this meet which actually is a tool of yours to distract and divide the buyers from real issues. It's our advise to save on that and avoid wasting of food since we all have decided not to relish your this gimmick till we get the possession.

4. No way we will be ready to listen you without self inspecting our flats progress on date. So don't try on that date to convince us the flat visit after the meet. The customer-care representative confirmed about flat visit by owners on the scheduled meet (24th July).

We need specific confirmation of our conditions in writing and treat your 'positive' reply as our acceptance to attend the meet and vice versa .
