Yes. I have seen this too, though I have not received any email myself.

This looks very similar to Rogers company. But at least these guys have come open and we can see them on LinkedIn. Roger & Co does not seem to like to be known outside.

Yes, these guys seem to be more open and the testimonials from clients include those from Nokia HR manager and seems to be good.

I don't think these guys are like the Rogers. This is a recruitment
company as far as I know. They recruit to both permanent and contract
positions. If you are getting into a contract position, then they will
help you with the financial matters of the contract during the entire
contract period.

I don't think labour laws in UK would allow them to do shady things
while being in Europe.
