In EETimes, I found the 'ghoti' (=fish) joke which Nujoom had told us.
On similar lines, there is one for "potato".

It's murderous, but here goes:
Ghoughpteighbteau = potato, because .... 

Ghoughpteighbteau: Gh as in hiccough, ough as in though, pt as in ptomaine, eigh as in neigh, bt as in debt, eau as in bureau.
