Hi Folks, Friends and Families,

Although no formal warning has been issued, this short email is just to let you know that there is a thunderstorm moving east through the Mountains. At time of writing this, it is just to the north of Blackheath. There is very heavy rainfall and some lightning associated with this cell. It appears to be heading down the Grose Valley towards Grose Vale and Grose Wold, then onto the Plains.

You can view the rain radar at, amongst other locations, the BOM website and also at http://www.weatherzone.com.au/radar/nsw/sydney/128km

Stay safe,

Eric.
