I want to build a RF power amplifier with the NXP MRF101 LDMOS. Is it possible to use your board for a frequency at around 150 Mhz (2m band). Greetings SG3LET

Unfortunately the 4:1 output transformer has a maximum frequency of 60-70 MHz. If you look at MRF101 datasheet there is a reference design for a 2M 100W amplifier which should be fairly easy to bread board.
