#LawKarLoBaat and invitation to the launch of Lawforme.in

Dear All.

Finally the time has come - when LawForMe, an idea that won the Innovating Justice Award in the Hague, is going to become a reality!

We are super excited and to celebrate this occasion, we are having a small launch function where we will unveil www.lawforme.in, a platform to make laws simple through the use of design and technology! The event is taking place on Monday, 1st June 2015 at 6 PM at the Ahmedabad Management Association!

Our Facebook and Twitter pages are already active where you can see some of the snapshots of what's to come! :) You can even watch our teaser here!

The launch of the website will be followed by a public discussion titled #LawKarLoBaat, wherein we will talk about the future of law coupled with technology. We will also be having a live tweet-chat during the debate and we are hoping it would be a lot of fun! 

 

Okay, so here's a brief introduction of the debate: 

We live in the times of rapidly changing technology. What are the challenges that the laws will have to address? Will the archaic laws and the slow moving legal machinery live up to the rapid technological growth? Or will technology completely change the way we understand laws! Let's explore.
