职位描述如下：

Job responsibilities:
       -   Support key OEM customer for Freescale's RF Power Amplifier products in telecommunication infrastructure markets.
-   Provide intensive technical support to customers including system requirements analysis, solution promotion, product trainings, prototyping, troubleshooting, etc.
-   Aggressive in capturing new design wins. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to penetrate focused accounts.
-   Feedback customers and market requirements for new production definition.
-   Collaborate with worldwide application and marketing teams to support regional training and promotional activities.

Qualification Requirement:
-   Bachelor degree and preferable Master degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
-   Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of RF PA for communication products; experience in Freescale RF LDMOS is a plus
-   Sound knowledge from 2G thru 4G RF systems
-   Good understanding of customer preferences, engagement and market trend
-   Proactive and highly self-motivated. Able to work independently and under high pressure.
-   Good learning agility and interpersonal skills is required.
-   Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
-   Frequent travel may be required
