New issue 21 by tatu.ka...@eficode.com: uploader.py: enable setting the
version of the library manually
http://code.google.com/p/rfdoc/issues/detail?id=21

It should be possible to tell uploader.py the version of the library to be
uploaded.

The use case: You have a library that is initialized with some arguments.
Depending on the arguments, the library initializes versions of itself that
look different from each other. It should be possible to be able to host
all of these versions in RFDoc.

This is request from NSN.

This issue was updated by revision 5fada9d7b875.

Commandline option -v allows user to override the library version during
upload.
