Upon installing the latest version, and following the development steps for
setting up. When I upload an XML, I had uploaded about 10, and when I
searched for a word that I know is common between some of the XML's, when I
go to click the keyword to bring me to the library's page and specifically
the keyword, the link is incorrect.

Ex: libs/TestLibrary/SendMessage - send message being the keyword in Test
Library
Should be libs/TestLibrary#SendMessage.

I have reverted back the search_forms.html to the .3 version for the time
being and it is working fine. But i think this should be resolved since it
seems to be a big issue...Unless i didn't setup something up correctly.
