It should be possible to also override the name of the library to be
uploaded in the web UI. This will allow more options in naming + versioning
conventions based on branching, different library arguments and versioning
of given library.

The upload form in web UI now has a text input for overriding the name of
the library to be uploaded. If the field is left empty the original name
will be kept.
