New issue 14 by zhouxiao...@gmail.com: Links broken if mount RFDoc to a not
root url

For example, in our system, we were trying to mount RFDoc to
http://localhost/rfdoc.
Then, I found the links there were broken, e.g. Upload was /upload instead
of /rfdoc/upload.
And all CSS lost as well.

This issue was updated by revision ba3dc95a7c54.

URLs are now relative in the templates.

Also 'tools/uploader.py' now works with e.g. 'localhost:8080/rfdoc'.

This might have been an Apache configuration issue too. I got Apache
(mod_wsgi), Django and uploader.py combination working according to these
(just updated) instructions:
https://code.google.com/p/rfdoc/wiki/ProductionEnvironment.

If the problem continues, please reopen this issue.
