It is now possible to override the version of a library. It should be
possible to also override the name of the library to be uploaded. This will
allow more options in naming + versioning conventions based on branching,
different library arguments and versioning of given library.

This issue was updated by revision 41eceba780ee.


upload.py now accepts option -n or --name for overriding the name of the
library to be uploaded.
