Leave HAM field meter mode

It's a bit embarrassing to ask, but after enabling HAM FIELD METER mode on my 6G Combo RF Explorer and playing around a bit, I can't leave it. Anyone have any tips?

I've managed it by connecting to the Windows SW and loaded a random Preset.

Just click on MENU button (3 horizontal lines button) and then select Spectrum Analyzer mode for instance.
