Touchstone Pro scan stops just after start up

Hello. 

I’m having an issue using Touchstone Pro (Windows 10) in that when I start a scan nothing happens, or if it does start to scan it stops and seems to freeze. 

I’m using the latest Touchstone Pro (version 1.0.23331.0) with an RF Explorer WSUB1G+ connected. I’m just trying to do a simple scan to then import into Wireless Workbench for frequency co-ordination for wireless mics and IEMs. 

Any ideas what might be causing an issue?
