Getting Verification Code For Spectrum analyzer Firmware Upgrade?

Hi

Has anyone succeded to get a verification code sent by email while trying to upgrade spectrum analyzer latest firmware ?

I DIDNT ..... I have tried few emails and none of them worked

Support ticket also didnt answered

Any one have any way to upgrade ?

Hi Ronen,

You may have problems with your email. We answered ticket email you created from ron...@hotmail.com and got no response, so likely your mail is not working, check that with your ISP or mail provider.

I have the same problem and I am using a gmail. and you can register on the site.
