Hi,
I use RFExplorer 1.15.1609.7

*Can you add in recent file open menu all files recently saved ?
it is more interesting to have in the recent: the last file saved rather than only the last opened files.

*Correct SPAN=600 more time it display 599.999 but handheld display 600; and when save profil, it save 599.998 and if load send span=599.998

*Add option to limit RF Explorer for windows to just one instance.
*Add drag'n'drop file to open rfe file.

*Open Help menu is same screen (with another screen to the right, the menu opens on the second screen right)

thanks

Hi David,

Thanks for your useful feedback. We have most of these suggestions added to the TODO queue.

Regarding your last comment, it is really how Windows works, not much we can do about except moving the Help menu together with other menus (not really standard).

for the help menu, the standard is not to place it at the left end of the screen on Windows, but simply the last menu item, and even only with "?" (notepad, calc, regedit, but also wireshark, LibreOffice, VLC, MPC-HC,Wifi-scanner,Keepass)
because another remark, the help menu is too near to the close button.. I think moving the Help menu together with other menus is the standard

another Request improvement:
*-can you add option to not display value for each channel in Radio Standard ? or not -87,953 dBm but only -87
*-option to set text size in radio standard ?
*-auto change SMA connector when LOAD profil

and bugs:
*-when load profil 'CB band' 26.960 to 27.410; It load 26.960 to 27.409 with SPAN 0.449  (bug or not ?)
*-after edit stop to 27.410 and SEND.. HSA display the value sent, but RFExplorer4windows display same as previous 26.960 to 27.409
*-when success set 26.960 to 27.410.. the latest channel from radiostandard is not displayed 27.405 bandwith 10MHz (same for other radio standard wifi, UHF.. radio standard attached)

UHF-TNT.rfers
WiFi-5GHz-802-11a.rfers
Citizen-Band-FCC.rfers

This is not actually a bug, but a limitation based on the number of sweep data points (multiple of 112 in current version). In upcoming version there will be selectable high resolution data point option, this is expected in just a few weeks. In any case, certain rounding is to be expected.

for a channel to be displayed it must fully fit inside the displayed span. The channel is not displayed if not fitting inside the visible span because otherwise the analyzer cannot calculate the actual channel power (due to missing channel area). Perhaps we could consider adding a grayed out display for such a channel to indicate power level is uncertain but channel position is correct...
