Hi,
Can you share one ZIP file for the next update? To place file at the desired place
more problem:
-Install.exe not request admin right to install, must use run as administrator
-executable for firmware update is copied in My documents (administrator's document! no access with my user account)  (document, it's not place for executable)

-firmware update display 20 mesages on secure computer, only TLS1.2 supported; old and unsecure protocol are disabled (SSL3 to TLS1.1)

Hi,

Thanks for your report.

It is the first time we find this reported by any customer, so we do not know exactly why your system is reporting a FIPS problem, Please open a ticket in https://support.rf-explorer.com and we can go from there.

Regarding TLS we still need to provide that to support Windows XP customers, which we have a lot still using it for daily work in many electronic labs.

Regards,
RF Explorer Team
