Signal generator and/or spectrum analyser calibration?

I have an RF Explorer signal generator running 01.34 Firmware.
The generator is more that 100 KHz off frequency, even at relatively low frequencies.
Is there any means of calibrating the generator?
Also, is there any means of calibrating the spectrum analyser as it too is off frequency.

Hi Andy,

Please provide details of how are you measuring this deviation. Based on high accuracy TCXO used in the RF Explorer signal generator, it is impossible you can get this deviation except the unit is damaged, or the measurement process you are following is not using a reliable instrument.
