Hi there,

I work as a sound engineer for theatre show in Europe and use in ears and wireless microphones.

I have been using RF explorer with touchstone pro, it allows me to export and import a scan (.cvc file) into Shure wireless Workbench. It was nice and easy for a while but suddendly the software asked for a licence (which I paid for when I bought the software) and is not working anymore . I don't have a licence number or an email with this licence number.

I have contacted Nuts about nets and did not get any replies from them.

Anyone has experienced with these licence issues ?

Anyone can recommand another software to export scans and import them into workbench ?

tengo el mismo problema desde hace unos meses , los correos de nuts no responden o no dan una respuesta al menos desde hace rato, solo una respuesta automatica.

podes usar el mismo software del rfexplorer que lo descargar desde la pagina

Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema desde el verano y les he mandado mas de 20 mails y no contestan,es una verguenza.

Jo también tengo el mismo problema. Hace más de un año que intento ponerme en contacto con ellos. Nunca responden a ningún mail

I think the license you bought can only be used thrice. Did you reformat your hard drive? or uninstall a couple of times?

A mi la licencia en el mismo ordenador me dejó de funcionar en el mismo ordenador y tuve q ponerla de nuevo y no fue  mi culpa,es una verguenza.
