Is it by design that radio standards markers only show up when the frequency span is set wide enough to show the whole range the standard covers? I would expect it to show the relevant channels when sweeping a smaller range, and was very confused when it didn't.

Aside from the increased sweep step count mentioned in the other thread, if I'm going to make a new Slim model and RF Explorer Touch work as a 3G Combo + Vantage replacement, those channel markers are critical for my use coordinating and monitoring wireless mics for large shows.

Otherwise I guess I'm starting to save up to make the jump up to a TTI PSA or a Signal Hound. ::looks sadly at wallet::

Hi Andy,

The Radio Standard will display any channel which completely fits on the spectrum range, you should see all these channels as long as they have some amplitude above noise floor and fit in the range.

If this is not working for you can open a ticket at support.rf-explorer.com to review specific case.

What you're looking for, Andy, works just fine for me.  May I suggest you check your standards file.  I had one situation where a channel wasn't showing up, and in looking at the standards file that I'd imported, I'd transposed two frequency digits for the center of that channel, putting it outside the span.  I love the fact that one can specify channel sets that they need easily, I just wish the graphic for them was behind the traces and I had an option for a thin line on them.   I'm using a 6G Combo + Slim , current firmware and software.

It happens with the example Shure standard for me. Gonna follow up with a support ticket when I get home from this job.
