Touchstone Pro for Mac timestamp is not being saved to csv log file

Hi - I recently bought Touchstone Pro for Mac and have been using the log to csv capability. Unfortunately the csv log is not incrementing the timestamp per scan with all timestamps being the same.

Is this a known issue? Is it a potential formatting error?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
