election tabulator

I am told an RF Analyzer would be able to detect if there was hacking occurring with an election tabulator. Do any of you have experience with this? What equipment did you use? Were you able to identify the outside transmitter or just observe that it was happening.

I am a Justice of the Peace charged with insuring local election integrity. We have Dominion tabulators.
