Hi,

Close your applications, navigate to  C:\Users\ITAL\AppData\Local\RF_Explorer and delete all folders there, then start application again.

thanks, now the software connects to RE but still, the XML loading files pop-up error appears.
Attached is a new error log file.

Also, another error pop-up.

As the log reports, you are using a very old firmware version 1.18, please upgrade your firmware.

Analyzer has an older firmware version 01.18 Please upgrade it to required version 01.33

If you experience additional issues after upgrade, open a ticket at support.rf-explorer.com for better handling your setup.

Regards,
RF Explorer Team

I've upgraded the firmware using Uploader Tool https://j3.rf-explorer.com/upgrade

The log now reports:

WARNING:Analyzer firmware version connected v01.34 is newer than the one certified v01.33 for this version of RF Explorer for Windows.
However, it may be compatible but you should check www.rf-explorer.com website
to double check if there is a newer version available.

Anyway, RE is connected to the software and it is reading live data from the RE,

For me, it's ok, since I've installed just previously the latest version. I will wait for a new version of RF Explorer for Windows.
