just spent some time supercleaning the rezquad again. the fact that i have to do this once or twice a week suggests you guys still aren't cleaning enough. some places are generally clean, others are not.  i know some of you have been doing a really good job cleaning. but that's the problem. only some of you are. if everyone did their jobs REALLY WELL each shift (which really doesn't take long at all to do), then a few select people in the group wouldn't have to carry all the weight.  it's really easy.

examples of things not being cleaned well:

syrup area: take each syrup out, wash all the sticky stuff off of it. wipe off the rack so it's not sticky, either. then move all of it, wipe down the counter underneath, put it all back. done.

espresso machine: wipe off underneath it all the way to the back of the counter, wipe off all surfaces (front, buttons, sides, etc). remove rack and clean out the drain area. run water through all the various parts to flush them out. take everything off the top, take the grates off, wash those off, then wash underneath them. done.

MOVE things when you clean. there was a huuuuuuuge pile of coffee grounds under both the grinder and the brewer. gross.

im really sick of having to do all the cleaning for everyone, and im really REALLY sick of yelling at everyone all the time. i hate yelling. please please PLEASE don't make me do it.

and try to keep the milk organized by date, as caitlin so wonderfully set up for us.
