Maya.env in rez environment

Hi All,
I have few path variables set in Maya.env file.
When i run maya directly those paths are getting added and listed out in maya.
But if i use the rez to launch the Maya. i am not getting the paths that are set in Maya.env.
how can i configure so that maya from rez will load Maya.env details also.

You might want to set the MAYA_APP_DIR env var to point to your Maya.env file.

Not sure if this is a good idea though as it sounds like you are enhancing a vanilla Maya package. Maybe that is something another rez package should take care of?
