Oh well. Someone has a virus and sent that last message. It's some kind of password-phishing scheme. Don't do what the message asks.

For those who don't understand what I just said, I'll explain in more detail:

This is a Google Group. The way it works is that all members of the group can post messages that go to the whole list. They do so either online (by going to the ReynoldsField Google Group on the Web) or through email (by sending a message to the ReynoldsField Google Group).

If a person's computer is infected with a virus, very often that computer will send out messages to the users' entire address book. Those messages will usually be designed to get recipients to open malicious software, or surrender their passwords. Sometimes, the message will be made to appear like it's coming from a bank or credit card.

In the message you just received, there's a link that then asks for your Google password. Do not surrender your Google password.

I turned off moderation yesterday, as I have been extremely busy and unable to attend to email every hour. Unfortunately, this seems to have happened at the same time that one of our members' "hacked" computers began sending out these messages.

I apologize for this, and will put the list back on moderated status. This means you will not receive any more messages before I have a chance to read and approve them.

Please note: Because I am not on my computer all the time, a message you post to the list may not appear immediately.
