Database Connection

Hi. I need to compile code that can interact with databases. Can this compiler do so? I have users on my site writing code as part of a job application processes. They need get data from sql databases and be able to create, edit or remove tables and columns. They can write either just in SQL or with SQL strings in their regular code. If the connection string is provided, can your compiler carry out these SQL queries?
