Youtube Korean Movies Full With English Subtitles

To the people that suggested that it is not necessary, or a waste of time, to have Korean subtitles for Korean speaking show. People should be more considerate of those who are hard of hearing. These people should have the options of hangul captions. After all, not all Koreans who are hard of hearing, actually live in Korea. It is not only needed as a learning tool. It is a vital necessity for Koreans arounnd the world who are hard of hearing.

If you are into learning Korean by watching videos, try www.laughingbeans.com. It has many Korean videos (not full length though. They are mostly trailers) where translations are added with some grammar explanations. You can also do dictation exercises.

I got a Chinese movie called "Xin li zui (2017)" with Korean subtitles, burned into it. Or, 'hardcoded'. Now, with an French, Spanish or English subbed movie or just any movie which uses the ABC-alpahbet, I can of course use Subrip and Avidemux to OCR it, and turn it into a .SRT file. But Subrip and Avidemux don't speak nor understand Korean. How do I do this?

Tae-suk (Jae-hee) is a lonely wanderer who seeks refuge in unoccupied vacation homes, but he goes beyond mere squatting. He expresses his gratitude by discreetly performing household chores and making improvements. But one day, when he mistakenly enters a seemingly empty house, he encounters an abused housewife (Seung-Yun Lee) who desperately requires his help, leading to an unexpected turn of events.

After watching a South Korean film scene with English subtitles, try turning the subtitles off and watch the scene without any subtitles at all. At this point, you should understand most (if not all) of the conversation in the film without help from subtitles. Yay!

Keep in mind; these steps are just recommendations for getting the most out of the studying part of watching Korean movies. Feel free to follow these steps some of the time or only for certain scenes or phrases you want to learn. They definitely take plenty of time and energy!
