Rex-1.13.4 is now available

Good news, everyone!

The Rex-1.13.4 release[1] is now available on CPAN[2].

This is a new patch release containing documentation updates, and a fix
for inconsistent behavior between the `content` and `source` options of
the file command.

Announced on Twitter[3] and Reddit[4] as well.
