Good news, everyone!

The Rex-1.10.0 release[1] is now available on CPAN[2].

This is a new minor release, adding initial support for package globs (specifically on FreeBSD), and an `on_change` option for the `mkdir` command. It also includes an assortment of documentation updates and bug fixes.
