Rex-1.11.0 released

Good news, everyone!

The Rex-1.11.0 release[1] is now available on CPAN[2].

This is a new minor release, enhancing the behaviour around sysctl and file management, fixing bugs about group management and OpenSSH connection options, and clarifying quite a bit of documentation. Upgrade is recommended for all users.
