Good news, everyone!

The Rex-1.13.0 release[1] is now available on CPAN[2].

This is a new minor release which adds `on_no_change` hooks for file management commands to trigger further actions when files are left unchanged. Apart from that it fixes a few bugs too, as usual. Upgrade is recommended for all users.

Announced on Twitter[3] and Reddit[4] as well.
