Music in Mountain View
Concerts on the Plaza - The 2023 Concerts on the Plaza series kicked off on Friday, June 2 and will take place every Friday, June through September, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Join your friends and neighbors at Civic Center Plaza for a variety of musical performances. Kidstock - A kid-centric festival featuring live children's music from popular Bay Area performers, plus games, arts and crafts, and more! All events are 10 a.m. to noon and take place on the Civic Center Plaza.
Music on Castro - Earlier this month a new music series started every Wednesday from 5 – 6:45 p.m. on the 200 block of Castro Street where singer/songwriters will perform live music while the community shops and dines downtown.

Recreation Swim
To start off the summer season, Eagle Park Pool is open for recreation swim on the weekends from 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. Recreation swim will continue weekends only, until weekday usage starts on June 19.
One day passes for residents are $5 for adults, $4 for youth, family pass $11, and a Season Family Pass is $155.
Friday nights starting June 16 will be themed Family Fun Night Swims every Friday 5:30-7 p.m. from June 16 till July 28. Visit MountainView.gov/RecSwim for more information.

Shoreline Concert Season & 4th of July
The City is excited to host another concert season and provide this unique regional amenity to residents and visitors. With concerts getting underway, residents are also able to get their Fourth of July tickets by following the instructions on the Fireworks Spectacular coupon. The coupon along with additional information about resident tickets can be found on the Shoreline Amphitheatre webpage on the City’s website.
For more information about the concert season in general, please make sure you visit the Shoreline Amphitheatre page on the Live Nation website. This is the only website directly affiliated with Shoreline Amphitheatre and is also linked to the City’s Amphitheatre webpage. The Amphitheatre has a great line up this year with a variety of shows for all types of music lovers. You can also get information by calling the Amphitheatre Box Office at 650-623-3053.

Donate to El Camino Hospital Teen Volunteer Project!
The View Teen Center is seeking donations from the community of small toys during the month of June. The donated items will be packed into Activity Kits by teen volunteers and delivered to El Camino Hospital in July for pediatric patients. Drop off donations to The View Teen Center, 1 - 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday. All donated items must be new. No food items. No bubbles. Keep in mind that the toys need to fit into a plastic shoebox.

Youth and Adult Swim Lessons
Swim lessons start June 19 at Eagle Park Pool and Mountain View High School for ages 6 months to adult. Lesson summer sessions are offered until August 6, Monday through Sunday. Pick the lesson schedule that works best for your family.

Summer Sizzle (Ages 55+) - June 14, 4 - 6 p.m. at MV Senior Center
The Mountain View Senior Center invites you to attend our Summer Sizzle Dance on Wednesday, June 14 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Social Hall. This event will include a live DJ and delicious treats. Keep cool from the heat but don’t forget your dancing feet! No prior registration needed.
After Hours (Ages 6th - 12th graders) - June 16, 6 - 8 p.m. at The View
OMG, can you even? Come play Millennial Lotería, a hilarious parody of the classic “Mexican Bingo” game. While playing, enjoy loaded nachos and a cool Jarritos. AfterHours is a monthly program designed to give 6th-12th grade teens a fun-filled Friday night of activities in a safe environment.No prior registration needed.

Join The View Teen Center for an afternoon of fun, inclusion, and celebration of pride! Activities include a Scavenger Hunt, Snow Cones & Rainbow Snacks, Pride Giveaways, Rainbow Arts & Crafts, and more Happy Mayhem! No prior registration needed.
Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED (Ages 15+) - June 30, 6 - 10 p.m.
A perfect opportunity to get certified and save lives! The class will be a blended learning opportunity, combining online work with hands-on training. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive the following certifications: CPR for Adult & Pediatric, AED, and First Aid training.
