Annual BBQ Block Party Volunteers Needed: 6/9/2024

Hello Neighbors,

To have a successful event, we need volunteers  We need people to help:

1) wash and cut lettuce for burgers.

2) slice onions for burgers

3) chop cucumbers for salad

4) wash and slice tomatoes for the burgers

5) Slice watermelons & cantaloupe.

On the day of the Block Party we need help with:

1) Set up - arrive at 10:00am on the day of the block party to help with closing off the street; getting the tables and chairs from Stevenson school, setting up the canopies, set up grills and serving tables, etc.

2) Help to grill and restock serving food tables with food items. This is our block party so feel free to relieve a griller to take a break and eat food. 

2) Clean up - at the end of the block party we need people to help clean up and put everything away: tables and chairs back to Stevenson School, break down the canopies, etc.

If anyone can help out, please let me know.
