Join Junior Leaders, Junior Lifeguards, or Deer Hollow Farm Interns! The Teen Summer Volunteer Programs are fun, dynamic, and skill-building programs that combine advanced training with a service opportunity.

Drop in at The View during Winter Break for a fun, supportive, and friendly atmosphere!

Movie Theatre Trip

Wednesday, February 22, 1:15-5 p.m.


Staff will lead teens on a walk to the ICON Showplace Movie Theatre where they'll get a behind-the-scenes look and hear from Movie Theatre staff about the importance of customer service. After, teens will enjoy a showing of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. This trip includes your movie ticket, popcorn, candy, and an Icee!

Ice Skating & In-N-Out Trip

Thursday, February 23, 2:15-5:30 p.m.


Hear from the staff at Winter Lodge as they talk about their job running an ice rink and event center, then hit the ice to enjoy ice skating with friends. Midway through skating enjoy burgers, fries, and milkshakes from In-N-Out. This trip includes ice skating admission, skate rental, and dinner.

Bike To Boba

Friday, February 24, 2 - 4 p.m.


Join us for The View Teen Center's newest program offering, Bike to Boba! Staff will lead teens on a bike ride to enjoy their choice of Boba from Ume Tea! Meet at the start time at The View Teen Center with your bike and a helmet.

Anti-Valentine's Day Party

Friday, February 10, Drop-In 3:15-7 p.m.

If you’re not a fan of Valentine’s day, you’re in luck! Come join us for an anti-cupid, anti-red, anti-valentine’s day party! Un-celebrate this holiday with cranky crafts, moody music, a pitiful piñata, and spiteful snacks. No registration is required.

Adulting 101 Workshop: Repurposing Clothing

Thursday, February 16, 6-7 p.m.

The View Teen Center - 263 Escuela Avenue


This workshop will teach teens how to sew by hand and work with different textiles to fix clothes, add personal touches and create accessories. Participants will receive a free sewing kit! Bring a pair of old jeans to repurpose.

Club 263 is back for another takeover of The View Teen Center on Friday, March 3. Stay after hours for an event with a DJ, Inflatable Obstacle Course, Photo Booth, Pizza, Ice Cream, and more.


This event is open to Mountain View and Los Altos 6th-12th graders only. School or Teen Center I.D. is required at entry. This event will be held indoors and outdoors.

College tour trips have been an integral part of our College and Career Development program for years! These trips give teens the opportunity to visit college campuses and attend a special outing to enjoy the day.

Learn about 20+ job and volunteer opportunities in your community, interact face-to-face with hiring managers and supervisors, complete job and volunteer applications on-site, and gain experience practicing your elevator speech.
