CSMA is excited to announce the return of the Juanito Pascual Trio on Saturday, September 17 at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm and seating is limited.
National Public Radio called Juanito Pascual “one of the hottest flamenco guitarists in recent years.” The trio combines their distinct musical backgrounds with powerful personal chemistry, creating fresh, exhilarating and constantly evolving sounds.
The Juanito Pascual Trio features two highly versatile and dynamic musicians, New York-based Jose Moreno, one of the most sought-after musicians in the national flamenco scene on percussion and vocals, and stunning bassist Brad Barrett. The band has been enthralling audiences throughout the U.S. and abroad. The 2014 release “Juanito Pascual New Flamenco Trio” was included in NPR Milo Miles’ Best World Music Albums for the year. They are currently preparing to release an EP in 2022 in addition to working on a new full-length album set for release next year.
Please note: Seating is first come, first served. No advanced tickets are available. Face masks are strongly recommended inside Tateuchi Hall. Seating is limited. Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, concert details are subject to change. Please go to arts4all.org for the latest information before attending.
This event is part of CSMA’s 2022-2023 Community Concert Series, generously supported by a grant from Applied Materials Foundation. In keeping with CSMA’s mission to provide Arts for All, Community Concerts are free and open to the public.
