Thanks!

Hello all:
As some of you know, I've been helping with working with candidates and community groups in years past with City Council candidates forum logistics (partly to share information, but also to prevent overlapped bookings, which has been known to happen). Can you help me with this by directing anyone who inquires or who has details to share my way? Key to this process is that we are all looking at the same information.
Also, if I sent this to you to multiple addresses, please let me know which you would prefer to use.
As always, let me know if you have any additions, corrections, or questions along the way.
Following are upcoming events and dates to be aware of as I know them so far (not including gatherings for individual candidates):
- Thursday, September 13th, sometime between 6:30 and 8:30 PM: Mountain View Coalition for Sustainable Planning (MVCSP) has invited candidates to meet with our members on this date.
- Wednesday, September 26th, 4:00-5:15 PM with a reception following: The League of Women Voters will be hosting a MV City Council candidate forum at Charlie’s Café at Google in Mountain View.
- Monday, October 1st: Council Advisory Body appreciation event on the evening of October 1st (please don't schedule anything overlapping this event, per Wanda Wong).
- Tuesday, October 2nd, 12:30-1:30 PM: Mountain View Rotary Club. Lunch is buffet style which starts at 12:15 and the panel will begin shortly after 12:30. Candidates are our guests for lunch. It is possible for them to individually and informally meet with members during the lunch and after the panel. Candidates are welcome to distribute handouts and other election materials. The basic format will be candidate introductions, a 3-min brief address from each candidate (major candidate points), questions from the floor. Adobe Building address: 157 Moffett Blvd, Mtn View.
- Thursday, October 4th, 7:00-9:00 PM: Mountain View Mobile Home Alliance at Google is inviting the candidates to speak on topics important to the 1130 households living in manufactured homes. Google, Pear Republic, 1225 Pear Ave. (corner of Pear and Inigo)
