Hi,

A very sweet siamese cat, who appears lost, showed up at our doorstep tonight.  She has a blue collar, but no tag, seems rather gaunt, greasy and not well-groomed, socialized, and desperate for attention and food.

She's so desperate for attention that she won't sit still for a photo, but just keeps meowing and restlessly trying to get snuggles.  I've attached the photos I got, but they are blurry.

I'm really worried!  Does anyone know who this cat belongs to?
