FYI - For Parents who have children going to Los Altos High School and play an instrument, any instrument.

Kids who play piano and guitar may want to join Battery or Percussion. Any kid can also pick a new instrument to play. My child did; went from playing piano to playing the saxophone.  Only need to learn how to play one song really, really well!

2019-2020 New Parent Orientation for LAHS Instrumental Music Boosters

Welcome parents of incoming LAHS music students!  We hope you can join us for a New Parent Orientation to learn about what’s in store for your music student next year!

Meet Instrumental Music Director Ted Ferrucci and hear about the opportunities your student will have to participate in a wide range of musical activities while at LAHS.  Come and meet other new parents and veteran music Booster parents. Find out what the Instrumental Music Boosters does and how you can get involved to support your student as a musician.

After the general presentation, we’ll view a brief video of a marching band competition day.
