Whether this is your first time registering your property or you simply need to review and resubmit your annual registration, staff will provide a live step-by-step tutorial for navigating the website.

Property registration is required annually. To successfully register your property, you must login online to update, review, and submit the property information. Registration is due by February 1st of each year.

- Termination Notices
- Banked Rent Increase Notices
