Subject: Updated Draft Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan - Now Available for Review
Hello Neighborhood Associations,The updated draft of the Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan is now available for public review. The Plan describes how robust community input and thorough analysis informed a clear direction for how Mountain View will expand, enhance, and sustain its parks, open spaces, and recreation system over the next 10 to 15 years.Since the release of the initial draft in November 2025, City staff have reviewed feedback from the Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC) and community members and revised the Plan to incorporate what was heard.
