Thank you for coming to the Neighborhood Block Party

Hello Neighbors,

Thanks everyone for coming to the Rex Manor/Mountain Shadows Neighborhood Block Party.  It was a success because you all came! It was fun seeing you all again and meeting new people in the neighborhood too.

Special Thanks to the Watsons for writing the grant to get the funding to help pay for the block party and the whole organization of the block party.

Thanks to all the volunteers that help to make the block party a success. This includes all the people who: passed out flyers; help prep the food for the block party; lent out your grills, table, and canopy tents; help move/set up the table, canopy tents, tables fo the food and those who help with clean up too.

Thank you to those who brought dessert or other foods to share at the block party.

Thank you to all those who donated to the Community Service Agency.  You all help to donate 299 pounds of food and checks totalling $35.

It was a very successful event and we all hope to see you again next year if not sooner.
