Java Infrastructure Engineer (multiple positions)
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, support and maintenance of highly available J2EE platform environment to support business critical applications
• Implement, fine tune, trouble shoot, support and maintenance of a highly available J2EE platform infrastructure.
Requirements:
1. J2EE platform Infrastructure knowledge
  a. Understanding of server and its resources - CPU, Memory, Disk etc
  b. Understanding of virtualization concept, load balancer
  c. Understanding of WAS 6 topology (NDM, Web, App etc)
2. Core Java/J2EE knowledge
  a. Knowledge of java and JEE (Java Enterprise Edition)
  b. Knowledge of heap dump, core dump etc
  c. Knowledge of java application performance engineering
  d. Knowledge of DB and JMS connection pool and management
3. Unix (AIX) knowledge
  a. Command line arguments to identify health of a server, processes
  b. Knowledge of unix scripting
  c. PERL scripting is a plus
4. MQ knowledge
  a. Understanding of MQ and all its components
  b. Understanding of MQ architecture - queues (remote, alias, local, clusteretc), channels, readers etc
  b. Knowledge of MQ troubleshooting is a plus
