Colegas do grupo,

No outro dia vi a necessidade de ter um "toc" interno e outro externo, por exigência da Amazon.

Criei um ePub com o InDesign e ao validar o ePub com o epubcheck aparece o erro abaixo. Alguém saberia como resolver???
