Hi came on to join today only have sound no picture but just to let you know also that at church this Sunday the sermon was about the storm...  about if you are at the point of
breaking because of the pressures of life... etc.   My brother left yesterday after a surprise visit.. was great.   I found something the Lord gave me some time ago along the same lines in a dream.. I dont have many.  Also taking the scripture about being at wits end which was also a sermon wilky did... or an article... This is the verse spoken of on Sunday..

Those who go down to the sea in ships, who do business on great waters, they

see the works of the Lord, and His wonders in the deep. For He commands and

raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves of the sea. They mount up to

the heavens, they go down again to the depths; their soul melts because of

trouble. They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their

wits’ end” (Psalm 107:23-27).

In this psalm, the place referred to as "wits’ end" is a ship's deck in a

storm-tossed sea. Giant waves carry the ship up to the heavens and then drop it

down to the depths. Powerful winds toss it back and forth so that none of the

sailors can find their "sea legs." They stagger across the deck like drunken

men.

The ship's sails are tattered and ripped, and wave after powerful wave crashes

onto the deck. The sailors have to struggle just to hold on. It appears to be

all over for them, and they are in total despair. They are

helpless—vulnerable to the power of the elements, unable to stop the storm,

powerless to save themselves.

These sailors have come to a place called "wits’ end." This condition

afflicts all Christians at one time or another. It simply means, "Having lost

or exhausted any possibility of perceiving or thinking of a way out." In short,

there is no escape—no help, no deliverance—other than in God Himself!

“Then they cry out to the Lord in their trouble, and He brings them out of

their distresses. He calms the storm, so that its waves are still. Then they

are glad because they are quiet; so He guides them to their desired haven”

(Psalm 107:28-30).

When did the storm stop for the sailors in Psalm 107? When did God bring them

into their desired safe haven?

First, the sailors came to their wits’ end, giving up on all human hope or

help. They said, “There is no way we can save ourselves. Nobody on earth can

get us out of this!”

Second, they cried to the Lord in the midst of their trouble—turning to Him

alone for help!

The dream I had...

It was of the sea and people going into the sea but there was a warning because certain places had strong currents and whirl pools near the rocks. The current was drawing me close to the whirlpool. A storm was brewing and the waves got bigger. Some were on the seashore, some were jumping into the sea. One said as he swam by the only way he was surviving the huge waves and currents was because he called upon God otherwise he would have drowned. It was a vivid dream and I had gone in and was trying to swim away from the whirl pool, the current was very strong and I was praying for Gods help. Lord help me. The waves were huge as I was trying to get to shore knowing that unless God was with me I would never make it. Unless he carried me. There were others with me and we were shouting, "Call upon God". He is the only one who can give us strength to get to safety and keep us safe in the storm. Struggling myself to fight against the current was futile but when I trusted in God and called for his help he kept me safe even though the waves were all around me. I got back to shore.

The dream then switched.

I was at a prayer meeting where there were quite a few people. Many were praying but the prayer seemed dull and lifeless as each person was calling upon God. Half hearted and not fervent, no life. I was there observing and listening and groaning inside in some sense until I couldn’t hold back anymore as there was no life in the place at all, it was all a durge and deathly. I just called out JESUS!!!, JESUS !!!!!with all my being from the depths of my soul and loud a crying out with all that I am (It actually woke me up).
