revit python shell v2022.0.0.0 not behave as on YT video does

Hello dear community,

I have installed newest Revit python shell plugin within Revit 2022.

I was studying instruciton video from PyRevit creator , where RPS is discussed

and wanted to test simple code which Ehsan did on video on time 15:52

he selected wall, opened revit python shell, and wrote code "el"

afterwards he gained response taht he selected wall object (see first picture)

but my installation of RPS is not responsing by the same way, and answers name"el" is not defined see second screen picture:

I wonder why is that. Did i setup installation somehow wrong ?

Hello all,

i do not have clue if it was necesarry to exchange completely, or just add this script to the main script inside file, (i did the second)

and suddenly the code written to the pythonshell window "el" works :
