Hello all,

1.       In dimensions can a part  of the dimension be deleted ??
2.       Is it possible to link files a,b,c to a master plan and the master plan is inturn linked to x,y,z.?3.       Is merging of the linked files possible?
4.       Are grids unique ? that is in linked file and the main file there is a repitition of the number of the grid which causes a problem??...the workaround is number the grids different in the linked files with unique numbering ů.is there any other better solution.
I am giving it a shot ůso folks if anyone has already dealt with this ..would be of much help.

Warm Regards,

1. you can edit the witness line to remove a part or few dims as needed.
2. presently "Nested Xrefs are not possible. The solution can be that second nesting can be done using 3D DWG files instead of Rvt.
3. when i used to do project, I would have grid naming linked to a block. Say I would name the Block A/B/C and my grids would 1a/2a/3a for Block A and 1b/2b/3b for Block B and such.
