New release: Review Bot 3.2 for Review Board

Hi everyone,
We've just put out a release of Review Bot 3.2, featuring:
- Compatibility improvements for Shellcheck, PMD, and Review Board 4/5/6.
- Secret Scanning for Review Board 5's enhanced API tokens
- Caps to commented line ranges, ensuring comments are limited to 10 lines

Docker images are also available, and are the best way to get started if you're not using Review Bot today:
Work on Review Bot 4 will begin soon, with a focus on new tools and better extensibility.
