Can not add SSL enabled Perforce repository connections

Hi,

I am trying to add a SSL enabled Perforce repository (ssl:perforce:1667) to our ReviewBoard sever (v4.0.11).

When I click save I get prompted to trust the certificate for the repository. I click 'I trust this host' but then all the information in the 'Change Repository' page is blanked and the save fails.

I don't see anything in the ReviewBoard logs when this happens...

Appreciate we're on an old version, but hoping someone can help me add the SSL Perforce repos without an upgrade.

I have got this working by manually creating the .p4trust file.
