I have recently updated my windows password which is also used to access Subversion. After updating the password for repositories, ReviewBoard v2.5.1.1  is no longer connecting to SVN. I'm getting following error,

Authentication failed when talking to the Subversion repository

I can however connect to SVN from machine, when I use tortoiseSVN client. Not sure, what is wrong with ReviewBoard accepting new password.
Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

We use the password stored in the repository configuration directly when talking to Subversion. It sounds like the one set there still isn't correct. You would need to double-check, probably one repository at a time, that the password you're entering into the repository configuration is the same one you're testing using TortoiseSVN.

Is both your Windows install and Subversion account tied to an Active Directory domain?

if you have svn and reviewboard on linux then set password less ssh authentication between reviewboard and svn server.

I fixed this issue.
